Spambot Dustup

 It was bound to happen

The other day ;lkj;lkj;lkj  accused wewewetry  of plagiarizing their signature motto

Summer is here.

wewewetry responded, I have never seen your ads, therefore I cannot possibly have copied your motto.
;lkj;lkj;lkj  responded that they had placed Summer is here on every post with above 22 views on Open Salon during the month of April, therefore wewewetry must have seen it, and anyway they had the same number of {[()]} in their post as the most recent version of Summer is here.
wewewetry's friends abgabgabg responded that no one in their right mind would copy Summer is here because I like this blog is a much more effective way to begin a comment.
;lkj;lkj;lkj responded that Summer is here has a classic seasonal appeal and is always fresh and in good taste, while I like this blog is a shameless attempt to suck up to individuals who are all too frequently posting on each other's shortcomings instead of getting involved in the real worldl, which requires clothing purchased from a good vendor with good service and low prices.
And then  ;lkj;lkj;lkj closed the comments.

nola, excellent post. Yes, the free market is a jungle. At first I thought that copy was being written by a non-native English speaker. But if we just add a few carriage returns...

...I think they've been studying the work of Art James.
Personally, I would only buy my faux Cooch bags from wewewetry. I'm an expert on Cooch bags, having owned many many Cooch bags, and Coach bags, too, reliably priced by Goodwill clerks who KNOW. They rub the metal hardware across their teeth listening for a squeak (or is that pearls?).
DB: Art James is probably the only English poet they understand.

Bellwether: yes, those thrift store clerks are so helpful! Just like Nordstroms, only older, fatter, and with fewer teeth.
I am laughing at these comments for your most excellent post.
I feel like I am sitting around a table talking Coach bags in a non native English tongue..:)
Excellent!

It was bound to happen. For what it's worth I think wewewetry was probably acting in good faith, though ;lkj;lkj;lkj raises some good points. I'm still waiting for sbfgdh sbfgdh to weigh in.
I wonder how different a Cooch bag is from the real thing? Though I've always thought they were overrated. Now if the spammers can come up with a Coal Hawn or Tigayellow, then I might be interested.
Linda--the lovely non-englishness of spambottish. Tink thinks it's very poetic.

Nana--yes. There is a serious pause there, isn't there. Like thinking.

Aunt Mabel--for you, Coal Hawn ($15)
I still miss that woman who saw my profile and wanted to get to know me better.
I so am on the side of fslkgfjg!!!! They both stole it from her!!!! Bastards!!

And ocular, she's just on a little break, she'll be back!! Don't you worry!! :D
Great post, nola. People have no clue about the power of spambots.
Oh great news! Oh happy day! Maybe they'll throw down their cooch bags, take off their Ugg boots and blow each other away!

Laughed my butt off, Nola. Very good.
Uh, pass me that UGG boot, willya?

Tink's right--I find Spambottish quite the poetical lingo, just right for times like these. ~R~
