Confession: 101 Word Open Call

I am Jane Eyre.
Well, mostly because I married someone who was 36 years old.  He didn't have a crazy wife in the attic.
Well, at least no one told me that they were married.  And I got used to   bringing out the fire estinguisher every time she got loose.
After the big house burned down,  we moved to the little house.  My husband was kind of clumsy for a while.  But losing an eye will do that to a man.  Thank god for Blue Cross!
Luckily I had inherited money from my relatives so we were set up that way.

And thats a wrap. Rated.
Got a big chuckle out of this . . . well done!
Glad you were "set up that way"

rated.
I was going to read the book a second time, but now I don't have to.
Now can you write a 101-word story about how you're Beowulf so my daughter doesn't have to read it in school?
I somehow failed to ever read Beowulf. Has anyone ever really read Beowulf? Something about a monster and his mother is worse. I think that there's a sword in it.
I read Boewulf. I prefer Jane Eyre - and your version is splendid!
Better than Cliff Notes!
